    @ATMA: To no longer be frustrated and envious, you really need to acquire the skill of letting go (which I must say is a complicated concept to explain in a single sentence). I could give a few examples if you want anyway, it's not just actions to put in place (to take an action as soon as a risky situation arises or a desire), it's also a skill to acquire, I have group meetings which help me to return to this notion currently. 
    As long as we tell ourselves that we want to be sober, while telling ourselves that we still want to cling to a certain bogeyman, we risk relapsing. (example: no porn, but I really want to watch these subscriptions that I have from girls on Instagram and others, it makes me feel good. Wrong, it's the perfect trigger to build a relapse.).

    What do you mean by exploring the content, what is linked to this fantasy? I'm interested in understanding.
    Be careful, understanding the notion of intellectual is good, but it is not enough to be sober.


    I happened to do cardio breathing exercises, or a bit like meditation, focusing only on breathing, when thoughts were too overwhelming. When I can do it really well, it works pretty well.

    Making plans for the day, or for the weekend, helps me a lot too, be careful not to end up with only restrictive tasks, forgetting all notion of pleasure, with relaxing moments.

    Personally, for me, it’s YouTube and Twitch. I blocked them via DNS blocking (you can look on the web).
    The trap, for me, is to say to yourself: “I'm just watching a video because I need to watch something for a recipe, a tutorial or something”, but once you start, it's hard to stop.
    I'm so addicted that sometimes I type "YouTube" or "Twitch" into the search bar without even thinking about it or wanting to, like a reflex. It's crazy.
    So for me, the strategy is complete blocking.
